    hello sir i am have a mobile 2700c and there is a display problem there was no display working and mobile not work do u think so is it the hard ware problem or software tell me sir

    and ur advice ware nice

      Hi Sally,
      First check if your phone is on and working. Like after turning it on press buttons and check if beep is coming. Or try calling it’s number see if you receive the call then it means it’s hardware problem.

      Replace the LCD with a new one. if phone is not properly turning on then it maybe software problem. But this is very highly unlikely. Nokia phones do not get software problem with blank display chances are it’s hardware problem. So if changing LCD does not work either.

      Please read this post where you commented on And replace the marked parts in the diagram.

    hello sir i am also a mobile technician and there is a display problem of 2700 i have the costumer said that it has fallen down and there was no display working i have changed the display of 5130 express music and it wont work do u think would it work and i have asked the experts and they said it will work but it wont so is it the hard ware problem or software tell me sir

      It might be a hardware problem, software is not likely in this situation Nokia phones do not have these kinds of hardware problems. First check the display connector replace it if you can. It’s marked in the image above in the article.
