how to remove the pasted ic’s,like 1600 cpu ic
Removing pasted IC is nearly impossible you’ll most likely damaged your phone irreversibly. It is not recommended.
i am confused with how to pour solder balls.
You can use steel kit as shown in the diagrams with your soldering iron!
