Here Are The Solutions. Please study these diagrams very carefully before you start repairing.
1: First check if the charging base is in good condition. Remove the component marked in the next diagram and check if the headphone icon is gone from the screen.
2: If the above does not work change the resistor marked in the next diagram with a new 100k Ohm resistor and your problem will be solved.
