In Nokia Lumia 520 rumble motor or vibration motor is soldered on the back of the motherboard which makes it pretty safe and it does not usually get damaged. It is responsible for making vibrations in our mobile phones.
If by any chance it does gets damaged I have marked its jumper ways in the next diagram. There are only two jumpers for it like most of the speaker and earphones. The solution is pretty self explanatory, make the jumpers if a print is broken and hopefully your phone will start to vibrate again.
